1. Roles

The subscriber acts as controller for personal data it enters into Prokkari to manage its projects, employees, time entries and offers.

Prokkari acts as processor for that data and processes it according to the subscriber's documented instructions.

2. Subject matter

Processing covers service delivery, maintenance, backup, security, support and agreed technical measures.

Data categories may include user profile data, roles, project data, time entries, resourcing data and offer data.

3. Security and personnel

The processor applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures, such as access control, encryption where appropriate and logging.

People with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality or an appropriate statutory duty of confidentiality.

4. Sub-processors

The service may use sub-processors such as hosting, logging, email and payment providers.

Sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations materially equivalent to these terms.

5. Assistance and termination

The processor reasonably assists the subscriber with data subject requests, personal data breaches and impact assessments.

At termination, personal data is returned or deleted according to the agreed process and applicable law.
